Very large and well maintained city centre hotel, well located with easy tuk tuk access to principal tourist sites. Rooms are good sized with a comfortable bed and a view overlooking the lake, hotel...
It is not sound proof. We heard a loud music till late night and they look after foreigners than the locals. Service is sub par not like early days
When the expectations are exceeded..thr happiness that we have ..that happened in this hotel.. front office managers and staff were so courteous to keep customers happy
