Super disappointing, not 5 star in the slightest! I would describe the hotel in general as chaotic. If you want to switch off and relax, book somewhere else. Food was very average and generally cold...
Very good experience . As they were near the closing date it was difficult to get to restaurants other than buffet. Jacuzzi suite room was not working so upgraded to a sea view room, good amneties...
